Acquired and potential objects
The Veluwe is a forest-rich ridge of hills in the province of Gelderland in the Netherlands. The Veluwe features many different landscapes, including woodland, heath, several small lakes and Europe’s largest sand drifts.
Currently, negotiations are also underway on acquiring an object in Normandy, and in the Montpellier, Rousselion area in France. Both objects fall in the price category as previously mentioned and are approximately 1,2 – 1,5 Million Euro mark corresponding with 80% value of the appraisal.
