What does this mean?
The unique part consists of the fact that no bank loans are needed. Contrary to ordinary funds, using bank loans were the first right of mortgage always lays with the lender, but our fund (this is you, the investor) owns the First Right of Mortgage.
First Right of Mortgage results, in the case of disappointing results, the bank or lender gets paid first and, in nearly all cases, leaves the investors standing in the cold.
Our vision with that of the parent company is to utilise private equity to purchase national historical monuments and convert them into high-end luxury apartments for the fore mentioned target group. The Heritage Preservation Foundation contributes to the preservation of heritage while creating suitable housing with limited care facilities for our senior citizens.
